Directors Committee
The Directors’ Committee is a body of experienced, veteran Thieves Guilde members whose primary tasks are the selection of production teams & show concepts for Thieves Guilde venues and to find ways to improve the process though which we bring our productions to fulfillment.
It is the Director’s Committee that determines the qualifications needed to be a member of a production team. The Director's Committee also holds fair and unbiased evaluations of all proposed production teams & show concepts prior to selecting one to be recommended to the Executive Board. It is the Executive board that has the final say on which team is allowed to produce a show.
Once a production team has been selected the Directors’ Committee assists that show by providing necessary guidance, feedback, and other information the production team may find helpful. The Directors Committee also acts as quality control for any Thieves Guilde production by monitoring and evaluation the production. In this way we continue to improve the quality of our performances and help keep shows on track. If necessary the Directors’ Committee can also recommend the removal of a director to the Executive Board.
